To ensure tip top tap health, it’s important to change your filter cartridge every six months and deep clean your tank every year. Our accredited engineers will carry out your filter cartridge change or give your QETTLE tap its annual deep clean if its time - giving you that added peace of mind.   • Once purchased, we will send your filter and/or deep clean solution to you in the post and contact you separately to arrange the engineer’s visit.  
  • This service is to change the filter and/or carry out a deep clean only. Should you need any other parts fitted then please contact us separately to discuss this.
