Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from QETTLE, you have 28 working days from receipt of the goods to do so. Returned goods must be in a resalable condition, and any accessories supplied with the product must also be returned.
 
The goods should be returned with their original box, packaging and accessories.
 
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts, we will offer a full refund or replacement, provided we are notified within 8 working days of delivery.
Any refund due to a fault or manufacturing defect will include a refund of the applicable standard delivery charge.
 
 

Unwanted Or Change Of Mind Returns

 
If you are returning an item because it is unwanted, not faulty, or no longer required, the following conditions apply:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
 
Alternatively, QETTLE can arrange collection of the system at a charge of £20.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Collection can only be arranged where the product is unused, suitably packaged for transport, and ready for collection.
 
You may open the packaging and inspect the goods as you would in a retail environment. If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any diminished value.
 
This may include, but is not limited to, opened or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or documentation, or signs of use, installation, damage, marks or wear.
 
Where inspection, repackaging or reprocessing is required, a restocking deduction of up to £20.00 may be applied and deducted from the refund.
 
 

Refunds For Unwanted Goods

 
Refunds for unwanted goods will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Original delivery charges are non-refundable for unwanted or change-of-mind returns.
